Paver patios and outdoor living spaces in Cedar Rapids

Custom paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces in Cedar Rapids, built with Belgard and Techo-Bloc and planned in 3D before we break ground.

Paver patios, done properly

A paver patio is a real build, not a weekend project. We excavate to the right depth, compact a proper base, and set Belgard or Techo-Bloc pavers so the surface drains and stays level through Iowa freeze and thaw. Before any of that, you see the finished space in a 3D rendering, so you change your mind on paper instead of in stone.

  • Belgard and Techo-Bloc pavers
  • Proper base and drainage
  • 3D rendering before we build

Our patio process

You deal with the same crew lead from the first walkthrough to the final joint of sand.

Consultation

We walk your yard, talk through how you want to use the space, and take measurements. Then you get a 3D rendering and a written estimate.

Execution

The crew excavates, builds and compacts the base, and sets the pavers to spec. One crew lead runs the job and the site is cleaned up at the end of every day.

Review

We walk the finished patio with you and handle any last details. Every patio install carries a three-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Patio FAQs

How long does a paver patio take to install?

Most residential patios run 4 to 9 working days, depending on square footage and site access. You get a target schedule with the estimate.

What does it cost?

Every patio is priced after we see the site, since size, access, and materials all move the number. Estimates are free, 3D renderings are free for projects over $8,000, and for smaller projects there is a $250 design fee we credit back if you book the work.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Hardscape installations carry a three-year workmanship warranty in writing.

How soon can you start?

Design work runs January through March and the install calendar is usually full by early May, so reach out early for a spring project. We give you a start date once the estimate is approved.

Ready to start your patio project?

Send us your project details and we will set up a time to see the site. You get a 3D rendering and a written estimate before you commit to anything.
