Getting started
How do I get a quote?
Send us the details through the form on our quote page, or call the office. We will set up a time to see the site and put together a written estimate.
Do you charge for estimates?
No, estimates are free. For patios and walls, 3D renderings are free on projects over $8,000; on smaller projects there is a $250 design fee that we credit back if you book the work.
What areas do you serve?
Cedar Rapids and the surrounding towns within about 35 miles of our shop: Marion, Hiawatha, Robins, Ely, Solon, Mount Vernon, North Liberty, and Coralville. Outside that list, call and ask.
When should I book for spring?
Design work happens January through March, and the install calendar is usually full by early May, so the earlier you reach out for a spring project, the better.
Pricing
How much does a typical job cost?
It depends on the property and the scope, so we do not publish set prices. Every job is quoted after we see the site, and estimates are free.
The work itself
How long will the job take?
It depends on the job. Most residential paver patios run 4 to 9 working days; walls, landscaping, and drainage vary with scope. You get a target timeline with the estimate.
Do you offer a warranty?
Hardscape installations carry a three-year workmanship warranty in writing. Landscape and snow services are not covered by that warranty.
Do you work in winter?
Hardscape stops when the ground freezes, usually in late November. Our commercial snow and ice contracts run December through March.
Can you match existing pavers?
Sometimes. It depends on the manufacturer and how old the original install is. We will tell you honestly what is possible when we see it.
