Harlow Creek is family owned. Dana Whitfield-Ruiz started it in 2012 with one truck and a walk-behind mower after nine years with a commercial landscape contractor in the Quad Cities. Her husband Marcus runs the commercial snow side, and two of our three crew leads have been here more than six years.
Hardscape has grown into the biggest part of what we do, starting after a Belgard training program in 2015. Every patio and wall build gets a 3D rendering first, one crew lead runs your job from start to finish, and the hardscape work carries a three-year workmanship warranty in writing.

Scheduling & prep
Once you approve the number, we lock in a start date and order the materials so the crew is ready to go.
The work
The crew arrives when we said, protects the site while they work, and cleans up at the end of every day.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you, and you sign off only when it is right. Hardscape installs carry a three-year workmanship warranty.
